The mobility of researchers
Incoming and outgoing research mobility
The international mobility of researchers is strongly encouraged.
Ifsttar fosters both outgoing mobility for Ifsttar's researchers and incoming mobility for European and International researchers willing to join Ifsttar.
Both types of mobility help to achieve effective and lasting international relationships.
Mobility increases the Institute’s international influence.
In 2017, 6 Ifsttar's researchers went abroad to join an international lab (Canada, Brazil, China) and 34 researchers came to Ifsttar from abroad.
