Human Ressource Report
Human resources report 2017
This document provides an overview of Human Resources by assessing IFSTTAR's position in 2017, a year that was marked by a series of measures to enhance the careers and remuneration of staff.
Following negotiations on work pathways, careers and remuneration, the government decided in September 2015 to implement measures to enhance the careers and remuneration of civil servants. This so-called "PPCR protocol" provided for the upgrading and restructuring of the pay scales for all civil service employees between 2016 and 2020. In 2017, all the salary scales were reviewed and bonuses were converted into salary index points. This has led to a reclassification of some staff to allow pay scales to be extended.
