Doctoral training portals
The Institute has a number of on-line tools that keep users informed about the scientific activity associated with doctoral theses.
- Topic portal (intranet only)
This portal provides annual information on all thesis topics.

Candidate portal (intranet and extranet)
This portal explains the terms of admission, the topics that have been selected and the deadlines for applications and also provides online application forms.
- Doctoral student and PhD portal (available soon on the extranet)
This area presents all on-going doctoral research and the theses that have been defended. It details the thesis topics in all IFSTTAR’s areas of expertise. The thesis topics can be consulted by year, laboratory, funding body, supervisor and IFSTTAR site.
- Association of doctoral students (intranet)
Le RaDI (Rassemblement des Doctorants de l’IFSTTAR) is the association IFSTTAR doctoral students. It aims to be of assistance to doctoral students throughout their time at the Institute by representing them and helping with formalities, and also by providing opportunities for friendly meetings between doctoral students. The RaDI works alongside the Joint Consultative Committee of doctoral students with IFSTTAR contracts.
