RST - Scientific and Technical Network
The Institute is a member of the Scientific and Technical Network (RST) of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy (MEDDE) and the Ministry of Regional Equality and Housing (METL).
The RST includes some forty scientific and technical organizations. Their membership of a network fosters collaboration between them thereby augmenting their capacities to engage in expert appraisals and make innovations by implementing cross-cutting, multidisciplinary and integrated approaches.
The RST has major capacities in the areas of engineering, expert appraisals, research and innovation with regard to sustainable development. These capacities are placed at the disposal of public decision-making and economic players.
