Expert Assistance

IFSTTAR regularly offers its partners expert assistance contracts that are based on the broad range of knowledge acquired by its researchers, engineers and technicians. This expert assistance can take the following forms:

·         providing an expert opinion on projects, situations, methodologies, techniques and technologies…

·         providing additional information by performing tests and calculations etc. on an issue that relates to IFSTTAR’s exceptional facilities and software,

·         providing high-level assistance to an infrastructure owner or a construction manager to help them carry through a project.

This assistance is provided by staff who have been granted expert status by the scientific directorate of IFSTTAR. They are able to act in any part of the world.
