    Description

    Les thèmes de recherche qui guident mon travail rentrent dans le cadre plus général du domaine Risques Naturels du ministère de la Transition Ecologique. Huit risques naturels principaux sont pris en compte : les inondations, les séismes, les éruptions volcaniques, les mouvements de terrain, les avalanches, les feux de forêt, les cyclones et les tempêtes. Parmi tous ces risques, mes efforts ont été consacrés au risque sismique, sous toutes ses composantes, l’aléa, les effets de site, la vulnérabilité, et également sur les effets induits par des séismes (glissements de terrain et autres instabilités de versants). Mes recherches ont essentiellement été menées au travers d’approches multidisciplinaires avec un apport à la fois théorique et/ou analytique, expérimental et numérique (Lenti, HdR, 2017). Ma première thématique de recherche concerne les effets de site (amplification et modulation du mouvement sismique par les sols); la deuxième thématique concerne la stabilité des pentes sous séismes et elle se concentre en particulier sur la réactivation de glissements de terrain ; la troisième thématique aborde des questions liées aux lois de comportement pour les sols secs ou saturés. Une partie de mes activités concerne également des expertises qui peuvent être rassemblées dans le thème propagation des ondes et infrastructures (ISS).
